Peregrine Falcon
This sleek medium-sized very fast Bird of prey can sometimes be observed hunting across the fields of the area. They are fast enough to catch a Pigeon in flight! They often frequent the high buildings in the area and are known to have nested at Heathrow Airport on some of the hangers there.

This small Finch can be found on the fields year-round in fairly large numbers. One of the UK’s most colourful unmistakable birds. A red white black head with yellow pattern on the wings. They love to perch on thistle teasel-like plants to feed on the seeds.
Linnets
This small Finch like bird can be observed on the fields usually in large groups during the winter months feeding on seeds and small invertebrates. In winter the birds are greyish-brown. They like to drink from puddles on the ground.

This small ghost-like nocturnal very pale light brownish Owl can sometimes be observed on the fields in the early morning or late afternoons just before dusk hunting across the fields for small rodents. Has a slightly jerked wingbeat in flight. They like diving on their prey in the grass.
